The AL-EEArts Performance Ensemble is a multi-disciplinary performing arts group featuring passionate young singers and dancers ages 8-17.  Aubrey Lynch II invites the most passionate students from his summer intensive, arts and education program and other workshops and events to join students he has coached who are now working professionals. Our mission is to provide opportunities for children to attain their highest level of excellence through artistic expression and commitment.  Artistic Director Aubrey Lynch, former principal dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and former Associate Producer of Disney’s The Lion King, founded the AL-EEArts Performance Ensemble with the strong belief that “The arts aren’t extra-curricular; they’re extra-essential.” In addition to being enrolled at many of New York City’s premiere arts and academic institutions, our ensemble members are also working professionals in the realms of Broadway, television and film. We provide extensive training in classical ballet, contemporary dance, voice and exciting performance opportunities.  Every child deserves the opportunity to engage in the transformative power of the arts.  Through proper guidance, support and mentoring, we help a child’s DREAM LEAP!

Most recently ALEEArts and its core group of young performers, Mr. Aubrey’s Show Kids collaborated with Wynton Marsalis, Jazz at Lincoln Center and Harlem Children’s Zone. Writer, director, choreographer, and visionary Aubrey Lynch brought together nearly 100 students, ages 6-17 from nearly twenty academic and arts organizations across New York City including Steps on Broadway, The Ailey School, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and American Ballet Theatre’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School. Over 90 young performers from all five boroughs both experienced and inexperienced performed with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, led by Wynton Marsalis to a packed United Palace Theater of 1500 inspired audience members from the community. An absolutely unforgettable community event.
